• Cancelations within 48-hours of placing an order there is NO CANCELATION FEE.

• Cancellations after 48-hours or before this item has shipped there is a 10% cancelation fee.

• If this item is refused at the time of delivery there is a 25% restocking fee and no refunds on inbound/outbound shipping costs.

•       Alternatively, we can have it picked up and returned for you.

This is a delicate item and requires extreme carefulness. So therefore, at the customer’s request, we can arrange to have this item picked up by one of our white-glove shipping companies. They first inspect it to make sure there is no damages, then they will professionally wrap it and return it to our warehouse. This service generally cost $600.00. All accessories must be included when returning it.
