ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE AND WHOLE-BODY VIBRATION
Whole body vibration can help to increase athletic performance. Increased blood flow and oxygenation of the muscle’s prompts elasticity, strength, and power (Wilcock et al., 2009). Holding a static or dynamic pose for up to 60 seconds at a time while vibrating on the Whole-Body Vibration platform can activate targeted muscle groups.

BACK PAIN AND WHOLE-BODY VIBRATION
Chronic Lower Back Pain is generally not a result of bone maladies, but rather is caused by issues such as overuse, strains, injury, and/or sitting or standing for extended periods. Pain is triggered by tightening connective tissue and weak muscles.

CONSTIPATION AND WHOLE-BODY VIBRATION
Constipation occurs when bowel movements become difficult or less frequent. The normal length of time between bowel movements ranges widely from person to person. However, a person with a healthy colon averages two or more well-formed bowel movements a day.
EXERCISE AND TREATMENT:
Constipation can be caused by inadequate exercise or immobility. “Quick-fix” medications are often used to clear out the bowels quickly. However, the better method may be strengthening the smooth muscles of the bowels for a more effective, long-term solution to constipation.
